What is the warranty period?
Most products include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, with bathroom glass materials covered for up to 7 years.
Warranty applies to manufacturing faults under normal use and excludes issues caused by installation, misuse, damage, or modification. Proof of purchase is required.

How can I track my order?
Due to the courier company’s current service limitations, real-time tracking is not available and an exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
To receive delivery notifications, please provide a valid mobile phone number or email address.
The courier will send a notification at the appropriate time, usually approximately 30 minutes prior to delivery. The notification will include a link to a web page that allows the recipient to track the progress of the delivery.
Why can’t you deliver to my address?
Due to delivery service limitations, delivery is available within the Sydney metropolitan area only.
Certain address types, including PO Boxes, units, apartments, or locations with restricted access, may not be eligible for delivery.
If your address falls outside the delivery range or has access restrictions, delivery may not be possible. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm delivery eligibility.

We do not offer installation services for bathroom products like vanities, bathtub, tapware, shower stations and accessories. We recommend hiring a professional installer for complex installations.
