Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns for items in re-sellable condition within 10 business days from the date of receipt.
Before returning any item, please:
- Contact our Customer Support Team
- Wait for the official return instructions sent to your registered email
- Do not return or post items without prior approval
For change of mind returns, freight fees and applicable re-stocking fees (covering labour and handling) will be deducted from your refund.

This policy also applies to orders cancelled after dispatch from our warehouse.
Definition of “Re-sellable Condition”
- Unused and uninstalled
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
- Complete with all parts, fittings, manuals and accessories
Important Notes About Returns and Refunds
- All refunds are subject to approval.
- Damaged goods returned to us will not be refunded for change-of-mind cases.
- Special price items, clearance items, bundled offers and customised items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- No returns will be acceptable after installation.
- Please inspect all goods upon delivery. Transit damage, wrong item or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Products damaged During Transit
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Report the issue within 48 hours
- Provide clear photos and a description of the problem
- Do not install the product
Lodging a Return or Warranty Claim:
