My Depot Aims to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before submitting a return request.

Change-of-Mind Returns


We accept change-of-mind returns for items in re-sellable condition within 10 business days from the date of receipt.

Before returning any item, please:

  • Contact our Customer Support Team
  • Wait for the official return instructions sent to your registered email
  • Do not return or post items without prior approval

For change of mind returns, freight fees and applicable re-stocking fees (covering labour and handling) will be deducted from your refund.

This policy also applies to orders cancelled after dispatch from our warehouse. 

Definition of “Re-sellable Condition”


An item is considered re-sellable if it is:
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • Complete with all parts, fittings, manuals and accessories
Items not meeting the above criteria will not be accepted for change-of-mind returns.


Important Notes About Returns and Refunds


  • All refunds are subject to approval.
  • Damaged goods returned to us will not be refunded for change-of-mind cases.
  • Special price items, clearance items, bundled offers and customised items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
  • No returns will be acceptable after installation.
  • Please inspect all goods upon delivery. Transit damage, wrong item or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.



Products damaged During Transit


  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
  • Report the issue within 48 hours
  • Provide clear photos and a description of the problem
  • Do not install the product
We will arrange repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.




Lodging a Return or Warranty Claim:


To lodge a return request or warranty claim, please contact us at: [email protected]
Provide the following:
  • 1. Original purchase receipt
  • 2. Description of the issue
  • 3. Photographs / videos supporting your claim

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any repaired or replaced product will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. 

This warranty operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or affect your statutory guarantees.
